My room was spacious and clean. I especially want to mention Alaa, Latifa, and Jeffery. They provided great and fast service. It.

The hotel room's AC was set to 20 degrees Celsius. The wall controller did not allow adjusting or switching it off (I was quite cold by morning). I could hear noise and music in the corridor. It also smelled of people smoking at the club on the ground floor, though the room itself was okay.

I appreciated the quick service provided by the staff, who were always ready to assist. The room was well kept with modern amenities . The complimentary shuttle service to the beach was very convenient, with access to the shore. I enjoyed the proximity to the Mall of the Emirates as it made shopping and dining convenient.

I noticed that the in-room coffee selection was limited. It would have been nice to have a greater variety of options.

The air conditioning in my room barely functioned. The unit made loud noises, yet it did little to cool the space. The temperature remained uncomfortably warm. The room needed better cleaning. The surfaces felt dusty, and the corners looked neglected.
